Whether you're looking to deepen your practice or you're at the beginning of your yoga journey, I am able to customize a yoga class just for you. I have over 1000 hours of training from Yoga Nidra Meditation to Yin Yoga to Vinyasa Flow. I am trained in teaching kids yoga and paddleboard yoga. I would love to work with you, individually, or in a group setting. I love teaching bachelorette parties!

Private classes range from $125 - $200+, depending on your needs and the size of your group. Contact me for corporate rates.

I offer public group classes at CA Yoga Barre in Old Town Scottsdale on Sundays at 5:45pm & 7:00pm.
